What Chatrandom is

Moderation and privacy
Chatrandom monitors a video stream. HearMe has none. Messages pass an under-18 safety check and rate limits; any chat can be reported and a person reads it with the recent messages attached. Voice is never recorded and every call is private; only a report sends a short clip for review, then deleted. Bans hold by account, device and network. 18+ only.
