HearMe respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

2. Filing a Notice

To file a DMCA notice, email support@hearme.chat with the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • URL or description of the infringing content on HearMe
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may file a counter-notification to support@hearme.chat with the information required under the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
